About these terms
vesreth.com is operated by VESRETH, India. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate details when ordering.
Products & pricing
We make every effort to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and washed fabrics differ slightly from piece to piece. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may correct errors and update prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Cash on delivery may be offered on eligible orders. Payment must be completed before an online order is processed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once it has been confirmed and dispatched. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of anything paid, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Delivery, cancellations & refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders.
Intellectual property
The VESRETH name, VR monogram, graphics, photography and site content belong to VESRETH and may not be used without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If you have a complaint about a product, an order or how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer, at hello@vesreth.com or +91 98846 77177. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
