Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across India. We don’t ship internationally at the moment.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed from the next working day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–7 working days
- Remote areas: up to 10 working days
These are estimates. Courier delays, weather, strikes and other events outside our control can extend them, and we’ll help you follow up if an order runs late.
Shipping charges
Shipping is complimentary on every order across India. Prices shown include applicable taxes.
Tracking
We share tracking details once your order ships. You can also see your order status in your account or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Failed delivery
Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a courier can’t deliver after repeated attempts, the order returns to us and we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
